Nevada: -9.7
Georgia: -8.0
Florida: -7.3
Illinois: -6.3
Oregon: -6.2

Only three states saw their homeownership rate rise between 2004 and 2014: Rhode Island (+0.3), South Dakota (+0.7), and Vermont (+1.5).
